Leah embarked on her journey with McIntosh Mortgage Group as a full-time unlicensed assistant in early 2021. It didn't take her long to realize that this wasn't just a job – it was a calling she was passionate about. While working alongside Trica and her team, Leah made the decision to obtain her mortgage broker license. Juggling her full-time role and her studies, she immersed herself completely in the world of mortgages. All of this happened during one of the most bustling times in the real estate market.

With over two years under her belt now, Leah has stepped into a dynamic role within Tricia's team, taking charge of various aspects of the mortgage process. From pre-approving individuals to handling important client care duties, Leah is a key player in ensuring smooth transactions. On top of that, she's also diligently working on creating her own roster of clients.
